My story

Meet Anubis! Anubis is a super sweet and smart boy who has become a staff favorite here at the shelter. Anubis was a bit nervous when he first arrived, but after taking a few days to settle in he has become great friends with everyone he meets. He loves nothing more than to snuggle up in your lap, and will happily nap there for as long as you will let him. Anubis also loves car rides, playing fetch and even knows some basic skills like recall! Because Anubis is so polite he gets to spend most of his days here at the shelter hanging out in our front office. He can always be found just snoozing on his bed, but will get up to greet people at the door for a snack. Anubis has been able to coexist with dogs in the past but can be selective with his dog friends and can have a hard time sharing the things that are his with other dogs. He prefers spending time with people and would do best as an only pet in the home. If you are interested in Anubis please come by the shelter anytime Wednesday - Sunday from 1-6pm!
