My story

Move over, neighborhood chickens, there`s a new sheriff in town (and he promises to behave this time!). Aries is looking for a home where his biggest mischief involves stealing hearts, not hen-houses.Aries arrived at the shelter as an owner surrender because his previous owners were no longer allowed to keep him. It seems this adventurous guy had a few too many unsupervised excursions, leading to some `mischief` with the local chickens. Because of these escapades, the City of Neenah sadly won`t allow him to live within city limits.This 54-pound Shepherd mix boasts the cutest ears you`ve ever seen, but he`s much more than a playful troublemaker! Aries is an outgoing, friendly, and incredibly cuddly boy. He`s sure to be a wonderful companion for anyone committed to keeping him safe and secure. Aries also experiences some separation anxiety, which is well-managed with medication. He`s just a sweet, snuggly boy who needs someone who truly understands his needs.While Aries hasn`t lived with dogs before, he genuinely seems to enjoy playing with other pups who can match his exuberant play style. He`s also done well meeting children previously, though he`d thrive in a home with older kids who can handle his enthusiastic nature. Aries will need a home without cats.Aries is neutered, up to date on his core vaccinations, and has received flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
