Merlin: Pomeranian mix, neutered male, 8 years old. notes: He is a little character who talks to himself. CDHA does not adopt to families with children under 5 years of age, people under the age of 21 nor people in transition, e.g., college students. Adopters must live within an hour drive of Albany, NY.
