Maggie is still searching for her forever family—and she’s been patiently waiting for nearly three years! This sweet girl is all heart and would love nothing more than to spend her days getting belly rubs and hanging out with her people. Maggie gets along well with other dogs, as long as they’re not overly pushy or reactive. Her ideal canine companion would be a laid-back dog who enjoys lounging around the house. She would thrive as an only dog too! Maggie loves walks, car rides, and is potty trained and kennel trained. She’s a 5 1/2 year old American Pit Bull Terrier/American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier mix. Due to her breed mix, she’s best suited for a home (no apartments, please). If you’re ready to give Maggie the loving home she deserves, please fill out an application at rescuerowinc.org! *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.org Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##1482209##
