My story
Chiquita is a female Chihuahua mix. Approx. 10 years old. She weighs 13 lbs. Chiquita’s owner sadly passed away. She cared for all 38 of her dogs. Unfortunately her previous owner’s family were unable to care for Chiquita and the rest of the dogs she left behind. They were in terrible conditions and malnourished. Chiquita was rescued by Consuelo (FHSTJ’s lead rescuer) along with another 10 dogs (The rest were taken by a different rescuer in Tijuana). Chiquita would be happy if she could find a loving and calm home to spend her final years.
