My story

!!!! IF INTERESTED IN ADOPTING, EMAIL adoptionscpcp@gmai.com TO APPLY !!!! Padmé came to us a week after giving birth to 5 kittens, which is how she quickly became known as Mama Padmé. Unfortunately, this was not her first litter at only 1.5 years old. She came from a hoarding situation where all the cats were unaltered and food insecure. Mama Padmé gave birth to her first litter of kittens but around the time that they were weaned, another cat in the household gave birth and immediately rejected her own babies. So Mama Padmé, being the amazing mother cat that she is, fed and raised that litter. Right when that second litter was weaned, Mama Padmé was pregnant again and gave birth to what would quickly become the Star Wars Litter! This incredible mother of a cat has raised 3 litters, only 2 of which she gave birth to! Now, we celebrate that she is spayed and will get to live her life as a spoiled house cat when she finds her forever home. Padmé is a loving, playful, and incredibly smart orange tabby. She can sometimes be skiddish if people are walking around or making loud noises, but she does adjust to her environment, it just may take some time. If you are sitting on the couch, she will jump up for pets and cuddles, but before she is even touched, she begins purring so loud you can hear it across the room. Her fosters absolutely adore her and they wish more than anything that they could keep her, but they are holding space in their home to continue fostering other cats in need. Padmé is very playful and will hunt down any crumb or litter pellet to chase it around the house. She wrestles and plays with the other foster cats so she will need a home with a feline playmate.
