My story

DISCLOSURE: The adoptable pets in our program are still in the care and custody of owners who wish to re-home their pet. Owners have enlisted Rescue Well to provide marketing and screening of applicants as a service, free of charge. All fees and adoption conditions are determined by the owner. We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting.  ***** Mijo is 7yo, weighs 20lbs, is neutered, is microchipped, is not vaccinated, and FeLV/FIV status is unknown, so he'll have to be tested.  His guardian states she will pay vaccination costs in 2 payments.  Mijo's guardian fostered him and his siblings since they were babies; he's very obedient, hasn't scratched or bitten anyone, and is 'very good and easy'. Mijo's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome him:  Mijo's guardian has developed severe allergies and is now keeping him outside; she's worried, because it's getting colder.   Mijo's guardian states the following regarding children & cats:  Mijo hasn't been around children or cats, so his guardian doesn't recommend his living with them.  Mijo's guardian states the following regarding dogs:  Mijo hasn't lived with dogs, but his guardian recommends his living with dogs, stating "He's been around dogs outdoors, but would likely stay away".  Mijo's guardian describes him as: Couch potato Quiet Playful Friendly Shy Likes to be touched Affectionate Independent House-Trained Likes men Likes women Mijo's guardian describes his ideal future home:  "Mijo can adapt anywhere but prefers quiet."
