My story

Looking for the perfect companion? Meet Sammy, the adorable short, compact potato of a dog who's ready to steal your heart! He's house-trained and prefers to be the only dog but is okay with other dogs with slow introductions. Playful, friendly, and affectionate, Sammy is also smart, protective, and curious. He loves rope toys, squeaky stuffed toys, bones, kongs, and rubber toys. Sammy is currently in a Canine Good Citizen class, showing his dedication to learning. Sammy's adopters have the option to continue attending this class with Sammy upon adoption. With mild energy, he enjoys short walks and loves to play with other dogs, do training, and sniff around. Sammy is cautious at first but incredibly sweet and loving once he gets to know you. He's a good boy who loves to cuddle, and is a fast learner. Ready to welcome Sammy into your home?
