This 3-year-old, 65-pound Lab mix greets every day like it’s the best day ever — tail wagging, toy in mouth, and heart full of love. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she has a magical way of making everyone around her smile.Amaya’s past hasn’t been easy, but you’d never know it from her playful spirit and hopeful heart. She LOVES toys (especially squeaky ones), enjoys a good game of tug, and can turn any moment into a celebration. She’s housebroken, crate-trained, and a proud graduate of basic obedience class.While she can be selective with other dogs — mostly because she’s a little “extra” during first meetings — she does well with slow introductions and playful pups who can match her style. She’s currently working with trainers on polite greetings, impulse control, and her “place” command, and she’s a quick learner who’s eager to please.Amaya isn’t built for a couch-potato lifestyle — she dreams of hiking, running, or biking with her favorite humans, followed by a cuddle session to recharge.
