My story

Louis is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with the foster! Louis is: Neutered: Yes! Up to date on vaccines: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized - Currently taking medication for anxiety support when home alone - Currently on a diet free of chicken, dairy, and salmon due to some GI sensitivity More about Louis: Housebroken: Yes! Crate trained: He has done well with free roam when home alone, once adjusted to his new environment and with the help of anxiety medication Leash walking: He has been doing well overall, when given a little space from other dogs when he seems uncomfortable Dog social: He has not lived with other dogs, but has had a great time on play dates! Cat social: Not a match Kid friendly: Lou has not met kids, and can be tentative with new people so may be best in an adult-only home. Louis likes: - Cuddling up under some blankets with you - Using his brain and learning new things! - "Helping" you catch up on Real Housewives on the couch Louis is an absolute sweetheart whose adoring eyes will make your soul melt. He is so smart and loves to learn, and will pick up on direction quickly. He can be a little tentative when first meeting people, but warms up quickly with time to get comfortable at his own pace. Lou loves a play date with other dogs, but is happiest having his person all to himself. Whether he is curled up under the covers with you, or greeting you with the best wiggles at the door, Lou loves his trusted humans and makes for the most loyal of companions!
