My story

Hi there! My name is Billabong! I’m 2-years-old I am about 43lbs. I’m super friendly and love being around other dogs—I get along great with my four-legged friends and am always up for some playtime! I’m also housetrained and crate-trained, so no worries there. Bonus: I’m not much of a barker, so I would be a quiet and respectful gentleman in the home. I absolutely love being outside, especially when it’s time for a game of fetch. Throw that ball, and I’ll happily chase it down! I’m playful, but I can be a little shy and nervous when I first meet new people or am in unfamiliar situations. Once I get to know you, though, I warm up and show my true, loving self.I do have some anxiety, but don’t worry—it's well managed with medication, so I’m feeling much more comfortable these days. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving, dog-friendly companion, I might just be the perfect fit for you!--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions.
