What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I would do best in a home with only adult humans.I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me.A Volunteer Wrote: Bello is such a fantastic dog! As much as we love our time with him, we're sad he's been here so long--this amazing pet is ready to roll into a home with so much happiness (make that bliss if you happen to have a tennis ball on hand!) He's a total snuggle bunny who obeys basic commands like a champ, and he has a smile (truly, he smiles) that lights up the room. Bello was observed being reactive to other dogs at the shelter, but out in the back he was totally groovy with a dog in the next pen, even when she shrilly expressed her displeasure that he was having a great time and her playmate wasn't as much fun. He just smiled (it's real) and kept on playing. Bello is an absolute gem, and we will so happily give up our play time to see him in a much-deserved forever home!  Primary Color: Black Weight: 59.5 Age: 2yrs 6mths 0wks
