Gumball

My story

Hi! My name is Gumball! I'm hoping to find a family that enjoys walking, hiking, boating or just about any other outdoor activity. They say I'm a two year old husky shepherd mix weighing approximately 60 pounds. I would describe my perfect home as one with a backyard and 6 foot fence. I LOVE playing with other dogs, so a playful canine companion would be perfect! I enjoy chasing kitties, so a home without one would be best. I'm crate trained and house trained. I walk great on a leash and I ride great in a car (and a boat too!). I've learned several basic commands and I'm working on mastering them. I love treats, so I'm very trainable which works out well because I am a smart boy! Thank you for taking the time to read about me. I'm a good doggie, and I'm looking for the right family to love me. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
