DRAKE*

My story

Drake is a handsome, friendly and athletic young boy who would love to find a family of his own! Originally arriving at the shelter in September of 2024, Drake spent a few months wooing everyone at PACC before being adopted in December. Sadly just a few short months later he was found abandoned, tied to a tree outside of a local church. What happened in those few months we’ll never know, but Drake’s adopters never turned back up. One thing we do know is that Drake hasn’t let him get him down one bit- he’s still wiggly, happy and optimistic that his furever home is out there! Drake recently went on a field trip with a member of the community who said that he has tons of personality! They said that he is mellow and sweet, with a rambunctious side at times. He is very smart, takes treats gently, and knows ‘sit’. At just two years old, Drake is a playful young pup with a lot of big puppy energy. He’d love to find a family who will give him lots of play time and enrichment, plus all the snuggles he can handle. Drake shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit.
