My story

If you’re looking for something sweet, look no further than Donut! This charming boy is delightful and has experience living successfully with cats, other dogs, kids, and even guinea pigs! That said, he is a hound mix, which means he’s very much a social butterfly who loves making new friends but does have a mind of his own. This guy has been adopted before, but not just anyone will do for this headstrong boy--what he really needs an active, consistent and stable home where he is given enough time to decompress and adjust, especially given how long he’s been in and out of the shelter. Plenty of toys and slow, managed introductions to resident pets would be a good idea as well. Your reward for your efforts? A cuddly, super fun and well-rounded companion for life!
