Oscar

My story

Oscar came to us after spending the first 18mo of his life living in a breeder hutch... As you can imagine this means he hasn't seen much of the world and is rather shy and skittish. Oscar would do best in a quiet home where he can just hang out and be your buddy, once he gets to know you, he loves a good chin scratch and a warm lap. He will also need someone who is patient and understanding of the fact he has never lived in a home and make take a bit to learn to trust those who live in it. We would classify him as a "project dog." We believe he would do best in a home with other dogs that can show him the ropes and help give him confidence. All that said he is a graduate of our Basic Manners Shelter Dog class and absolutely loved every moment of it. What can we say the way to his heart is through his stomach! If you are looking for a small, laidback, adorably scruffy dude Oscar might be the one for you!
