SENIORS ADOPTING SENIORS… ~This pet is eligible for our SENIORS ADOPTING SENIORS initiative! Seniors (65+) are permitted to adopt a senior dog (8+) for the reduced adoption fee of $75.00 ABOUT ME My name is Nala. I joined COPAW in September 2024 after my owner left for the hospital and sadly never came back. I joined rescue with my best friend Pumpkin, who just passed away in May. Now that I no longer have my best friend, I am looking for a final home to shower me with love and affection until the end of time! My only known medical issue is that I do have a suspected collapsed trachea, so in high-activity situations, my cough may flare up. I am current on all vaccinations, spayed, and a dental was completed in October 2024. I AM GREAT WITH… -Other dogs -All people! -House training I AM STILL WORKING ON… -It is unknown how I would be with cats, as I have not been exposed TERMS & CONDITIONS... ~Adopters must reside in the State of Ohio. ~No transportation assistance is provided; adopter must commute for meet & greet. ~Meet & greets are not scheduled until there is an approved adoption application on file. ~The expectation is that you will bring your new pet home from the meet & greet, if all goes well. Please be prepared to do so by bringing a collar, leash, harness, crate, etc. to secure your new pet.
