My story

Grover is a 50-pound, 2 1/2-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a big heart and a playful spirit. He absolutely loves playing with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a high-energy canine companion. He enjoys walks, tug-of-war, and quality playtime with his humans — but he's also happy entertaining himself with toys. Grover even has a special talent: he can catch treats and sometimes even a game of catch with his favorite person! Grover isn’t a fan of feline friends, so a cat-free home is best for him. He’s crate trained, housetrained, and knows his basic commands and manners. Grover is a smart, loving dog, but he does take time to warm up to new people. He’ll need someone patient and kind who’s willing to earn his trust — but once you do, you’ll have a loyal companion for life. Are you the one who’ll win Grover’s heart?
