What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.I have medical needs that staff will address with you when you meet me.I am a sweet, social, older gentleman, looking for the perfect forever home!I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.I'll need daily interaction with you as I get used to my new life.I am playful and cute!I will need daily physical activity to keep me healthy and happy!I will need appropriate toys and positive outlets for my energy.I walk with a harness and leash because sometimes I just get so excited to smell everything and meet everyone on walks.It could be with you! He was great during the car drive, alternating between looking out the window and sleeping. He has lovely leash manners, and was easy to walk during our 90 minute hike. It was quite cold and a bit icy, but he showed no signs of being tired or uncomfortable and seemed like he would have been happy to keep going all day! He matched my pace if I jogged, and was SO excited anytime we encountered other people, wagging his tail furiously and wiggling his whole body. He was curious about other dogs, but not aggressively so and it wasn't difficult to re-direct him. I literally never heard him bark even once. Max LOVES treats, and would sit on command for them and take them gently from my hand. I can't say enough good things about this gentle sweetie pie.
