My story

Meet Skippy, the peanut-butter-colored pittie! Skippy has been with us for awhile now, and would love to find a special human to enjoy life with. Skippy is a very shy boy who has likely endured some trauma in his past. He takes a while to warm up to new people, but once he does, he shows his true nature as an extremely loving, silly, and smart pup. He already knows Sit, Lay Down, and Shake, and would love to learn more. Skippy walks well on leash, and he loves to go on walks or cuddle with his person on the couch. He's a velcro dog who wants to stay right by your side. He'll need someone who is patient, kind, and confident to expose him more to the world, so he can blossom into a confident dog!    Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. While they are with us, each and every rescue dog receives the best of care in a loving and nurturing environment. Their routines include daily playgroups or partnering with dog buddies, quality time walking or being groomed, and two meals a day with dog biscuits for dessert.  All of our dogs receive the best in veterinary care and are spay/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated.  The standard adoption donation fee for all dogs and puppies is $300 (unless a reduced fee applies )  APPLY NOW       February 18, 2025, 12:15 pm
