My story

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue AFFECTIONATE, EXPRESSIVE, AND DEVOTED TO HER HUMANS   Meow! I’m Tasha, an affectionate and loving feline born around March 23, 2021, with a personality as vibrant as my purrs. If you crave a gentle companion who thrives on human connection, you’ve just met your perfect match.   I’m a true lap lover, eagerly curling up close to soak in all the affection you can give. When I nestle into your arms, I purr with pure contentment, basking in the warmth of your love. But don’t be fooled by my calm demeanor—I’m quite the conversationalist! I use my voice with passion to express my desires, whether it’s a call for pets, play, or simply a chat with my favorite humans.   Playtime is another joy of mine, especially when catnip toys and towering cat trees are involved. I adore climbing, leaping, and engaging in gentle games that keep my spirit lively and my heart happy.   While I adore my people, I find other cats a bit stressful and would flourish best as your one and only feline queen. I’m wonderful with children who understand patience and kindness, and although I haven’t met any dogs yet, a calm, quiet home is my ideal sanctuary.   Currently, I’m waiting patiently at Kitty Corner for someone with a warm heart and open arms to welcome me into their life. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
