Meet Oreo. Appointment is needed to meet her. Oreo is a deeply special soul — a survivor of abuse and trauma who is slowly learning that love can be gentle and kind. Her journey hasn’t been easy, but this quiet, sensitive girl still holds a spark of hope in her heart.Oreo needs a very patient, understanding home — one that is calm, consistent, and willing to let her heal at her own pace. She feels safest with women and will need a female-only household where she can build trust little by little.She isn’t the kind of dog who will greet you with wagging tails and kisses right away, but with time, love and unwavering patience, Oreo will begin to show her true, beautiful self.Her perfect match is someone who sees beyond the fear and into the heart of a dog who wants to believe in people again. Oreo doesn’t need perfect — she just needs someone who won’t give up on her.
