My story

👑 🥞 Meet Pancake — a sensitive soul with a big personality in a tiny package 🥞 👑 This Chihuahua mix came to us from Los Angeles during our “Clear the Shelters” transport to make room for pets displaced by wildfires. Upon arriving at the shelter, Pancake shut down completely — she flattened herself to the floor in fear, which is how she got her name. But once in a calm foster home, Pancake began to open up. She’s now showing her playful, affectionate side — she adores squeaky toys, fetch, and following her person around the house like a little shadow. She’s not a fan of chaos, so her ideal home would be adult-only, without cats or young kids. She may do okay with another dog after a very slow intro, but would also love to be your one-and-only.
