My story

Miso is a handsome and intelligent 25-lb male. 6 yr old Jindo is mixed with a charming personality. Outdoors, he is active and full of energy; indoors, he enjoys lounging like a cat. Miso would be the perfect companion for a low-traffic household or a single owner without children or other pets. Although Miso is an easy-going dog, he has been part of our training program to address reactivity around other dogs. He has made remarkable progress, advancing to group pack walks and play sessions with our trainer. Miso is now ready to find his forever home! | Apply to Adopt Me He will thrive in a stable, quiet environment, ideally with an adult-only household of one or two people. Miso would love a home that offers him outdoor adventures like park visits and hikes, which bring him the most joy. Once he bonds with his person, he is incredibly affectionate and loyal. The ideal home for Miso would be with someone committed to continuing his progress through follow-up training provided by our rescue. Come meet adoptable dogs from Korean K9 Rescue while enjoying complimentary snacks and beer (21+) in a relaxed, pet-friendly setting on Bowery. It’s a great opportunity to connect with our rescue team, learn more about our adoption process, and spend time with some of the incredible dogs looking for homes.   Saturday, June 7th – Yappy Hour at Spicy Moon Bowery Location: 265 Bowery, New York, NY 10002 Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pre-approved adopters: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM The first 30 minutes of the event are reserved for pre-approved adopters.
