My story
Hello my name is Frodo! I am a floof with fluffy feet who is sweet but may be a little scared at first--who can blame me? I was turned into a shelter, then moved to ANOTHER shelter before Houston Cares busted me out! I like being pet and I can be held, but I may want to get to know you first. I would love a new home where I can be safe and happy!
