My story

Meet Buster, a big-hearted, big-bodied boy with a smile that could melt even the coldest heart. At just 2 years old, Buster has already been through a lot—he was pulled from another shelter in hopes of finding a better life, and he’s proven every day since that he’s more than worth it. A true gentle giant, Buster is the perfect mix of goofy and loving. He’s got a big, clumsy frame that he hasn’t quite grown into yet, and watching him happily trot after a squeaky toy is pure comedy gold. Squeakers are his absolute favorite—toss one across the room and he’s on it in a flash, eager to show off his fetching skills with a wagging tail and that signature, full-face grin. Buster adores people and thrives on attention, leaning into pets and belly rubs like it's his full-time job. He’s incredibly sweet with a soft soul and would do wonderfully in just about any loving household. Whether he’s sprawled out on the couch for a lazy nap or sitting patiently at your feet hoping for affection, Buster brings joy, calm, and laughter wherever he goes. He’s a snuggly, toy-loving, couch-potato sweetheart who’s ready to fill your home with unconditional love and squeaky fun.
