Max King

My story

Max is the sweetest cat you'll ever meet. He is a two-year old gray tabby with a fur pattern reminiscent of both a tiger and leopard. Visitors to his foster home say he is beautiful and unique! Max was surrendered by an elderly couple that could not bring him along to the nursing home. Max is a gentle giant -- he craves your attention whether in the form of petting or playtime. He will be there when you wake up in the morning, loafed patiently beside you, ready to start the day! Max is always itching to play with his favorite toys. He loves to be brushed with a cat brush. When he's tired, he settles into people-watch at the window. He's a bit shy initially, but opens up quick once he gets to know his new home (especially if you crack open a Churu and play some bird TV for him!). Once acclimated, Max is comfortable even with large groups of new people. We think that Max would do well in any home, including one with young children. He is very sweet and mindful of his claws around people. Max is in the same foster home as his sister Ruby, and he is comfortable living with another cat in the household. Max's estimated birthdate is June 2022. He is neutered, current on vaccines, tested negative for FiV/FeLV, and has been micro chipped.
