Essie is a 2-year-old, 45-pound Mountain Cur with a heart full of love and a story of resilience. After spending her early life abandoned and on her own, she bravely raised a litter of puppies before finally being rescued. Now, she’s ready for a fresh start with a family who will give her the love she deserves.Despite her tough beginnings, Essie has the sweetest, most affectionate personality. She thrives on love, enjoys snuggling on the couch, and will happily curl up next to you for a TV night. She’s great on a leash, loves her walks, and greets everyone with an adorable doggy smile. Smart and eager to please, she mastered the doggie door in just five minutes and is fully housetrained.
