NOTE: OLLIE IS WITH HIS PERSON IN ELK GROVE. GSRSV HAS NOT MET OLLIE. WE ARE LISTING OLLIE ON THIS WEBSITE ALONG WITH OUR OWN DOGS TO GIVE HIM MORE ADOPTION EXPOSURE. PLEASE SEE END OF THIS PROFILE FOR CONTACT INFO. “Ollie”, a 65-70 lb intact male GSD in Elk Grove, NEEDS A NEW HOME BY MONDAY, FEB 3, or he’ll likely end up in a shelter. Ollie is a gentle, loving dog. He’s great with people and kids of all ages, and is also great with other dogs. He’s not good with cats, however. Ollie is housetrained and has been an indoor dog his entire life. He’s very good on leash, has good off-leash recall and rides very calmly in the car. Ollie has been with the same family his entire life. Now, however, they are moving into a place where they cannot bring him. They have tried to find a new home for Ollie to no avail, and recently reached out to GSRSV as a last-ditch effort. There is no adoption fee for Ollie, but whoever adopts him would have to pay to have him neutered and to bring his vaccinations up-to-date.
