Alice + Hazel

My story

Alice + Hazel are a VERY sweet young bonded pair of terriers who were surrendered to the shelter with a flea infestation which has been alleviated. They do continue to be on allergy meds and will probably need to be on them for life. Other than that little thing their health is great! We do believe these two are siblings and they love to play together! They also love to get snuggles from humans and LOVE attention and pets and would be such a fun, goofy, sweet addition to any house! They love to play rough with each other and can be a lot for other dogs, so any other dogs in the house would have to be ok with that. They do seem to sense when a dog is a little older and more frail so do not seem to try and initiate play so a dog like that in the home could be ok. Alice can also jump HIGH so any new family would need to know that about her! They would do better in a fenced in yard or a commitment to walk them regularly on leash. But we cannot stress enough how sweet these two are with people. They would not be candidates for an invisible fence.May 5, 2025, 2:47 pm
