My story

Breed: Caucasian Shepherd XAge: 1 year oldGender: MaleSize: Large, 46kg (and still growing!)About Kash:Kash is an adorable, playful, and bouncy boy who’s ready to steal your heart! This friendly, affectionate dog absolutely loves people and has a heartwarming smile that will melt you every time. Kash thinks he’s a lap dog, and while he’s a big guy, he’s happy to curl up and snuggle with his humans. He came to us as a stray, so we don’t have a full history on him, but what we do know is that he’s a social boy who enjoys the company of other dogs. He walks well on a leash and is always up for an adventure! While he is a bit timid around men at first, once he gets to know you, he’s nothing but love and loyalty.Ideal Home:Kash will thrive in a home where he can get plenty of love, attention, and regular exercise to burn off his playful energy. A large property would be ideal for this young man. He would do well in a family that can provide structure and routine and understands his social nature. Kash can be dog selective and it is unknown about cats. While he’s a big, strong boy, he has a gentle nature and loves being around people—just be patient as he warms up to new faces, especially men.Training and Skills:Kash is still a bit of a work in progress since we don’t know his full history, but he’s already showing some fantastic qualities. He walks well on a leash and is getting the hang of basic obedience. He’ll need regular grooming to keep his coat looking great, but he doesn’t mind it one bit! His playful, bouncy nature makes training fun, and with consistency and positive reinforcement, he’s bound to be an even more wonderful companion.Favourites:Kash loves spending time with people. He also thinks he’s the cutest thing ever—just wait till you see his big smile! He also enjoys being pampered with grooming sessions and is an absolute cuddle bug at heart.Dislikes:Kash can initially be a bit unsure around men, but once he feels comfortable, he’s a loving, loyal companion. We don’t know how he feels about cats yet, so a cat-free home would be ideal until we learn more about him.Health Information:Kash is a healthy, happy boy with lots of growing left to do. As he matures, he’ll need regular grooming and exercise to stay in top shape. He’s looking for a family who can provide him with the love and structure he needs to flourish.Adoption Fee: $495How to Adopt: If

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Kash, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
