ROSEMARY

My story

Rosemary is STILL waiting for a forever home. She turned 1 on 5/15 and she is a Lab mixed breed. She has been thriving in her foster home. She has become much more confident, has learned several new commands, has mastered potty training, and has even started to approach new people on her own. Fostering really saves & CHANGES lives! She would love a home with another dog (pending a successful meet and greet) and has had no issues with living with cats. She requires a home without children with a fully fenced in back yard so she can explore and play safely. Once she feels safe, she will shower you with tail wags, sloppy kisses, and her favorite thing of all—snuggles. She is very sweet and loves to play.  She is up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed.  Rosemary just needs someone willing to take a chance on her, give her a little patience, and to continue to teach her. Come and meet her during adoption hours. She will be the best choice you'll ever make. *PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO STRINGENT OUT OF STATE HEALTH CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS WE ARE NOW ONLY ADOPTING TO RHODE ISLAND RESIDENTS*. We apologize for the inconvenience. HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: 1. Come in during adoption hours to apply and full out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. 2. We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. 3. We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. Helpful reminders: *We do not do same day adoptions. *Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. *We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
