Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Oakland Park, FL *This is a bonded pair and they will need to be adopted together. These dogs do not belong to ASF and haven’t been evaluated by ASF. The owner is surrendering them because they moved to Florida in 2024 and the dogs haven’t adjusted to the humidity, which causes them to overheat. The owner is also unable to provide the exercise that they need.* Meet Asher (red merle)! He is an 5 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 56 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention. Asher is good with kids, dogs and farm animals! He can be protective around strangers inside of the home, especially if they scream. No cats, because he will chase them! Meet Whiskey (red bi)! He is an 4 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 45 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention. Asher is good with kids, dogs and farm animals! He can be protective around strangers inside of the home, especially if they scream. No cats, because he will chase them! If you think you can provide a great home for Asher and Whiskey, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $300 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions.
