Update: Sundae is in a foster home now embracing all the joys of being a puppy! While she's a bit shy at first, her sweetness shines through - she wants to give and receive love and adores other dogs. Meet Sundae A Puppy Who Needs a Second Chance Today, we watched as Sundae was surrendered to the shelter by someone who claimed not to know her. But the truth was written all over her face, she had been abandoned by the only life she knew. At just 9 months old and 38 pounds, Sundae was so scared she couldn't even walk, she army-crawled across the floor, trying to make sense of what was happening. One look at her intake photo, taken while she was in medical says it all. Her eyes were filled with confusion and sadness, her little body frozen with fear. She didn't understand why she was there, why the world around her changed so suddenly. But we saw something else in her, too - a quiet hope that someone will come and show her love, patience, and kindness. Despite her fear, there's a gentle soul inside her just waiting for love. Sundae deserves more than the heartbreak she's endured she deserves safety and a family who will never let her down. With patience and love, we know she'll blossom into the happy, trusting pup she was meant to be.
