My story

Birdie and her brother, Lugnut, were less than 3 months old when we were able to rescue them from a Code Red situation from an overcrowded high-kill shelter. The two siblings are now looking for their forever homes. They are typical puppies - playful, happy, curious and ready to learn about family life. They get along with kids and other dogs. We do not know what they think of cats. They are both thriving and easy going pups. Birdie is about 6 months old and 30 pounds. If you’re looking for a sweet, loving girl who’s eager to explore the world with you, Birdie could be the perfect match. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
