My story
Meet Valentino. We rescued him from a high kill shelter on Valentine's Day, hence his name. Valentino is approximately 1-2 years old and weighs 33 pounds. He is a scruffy terrier mixed with who knows what. He is timid at first until he knows and trusts you so a slow introduction is required. He seems to be more leery of men. There have been a lot of changes in his young life so Valentino needs an owner who will help him gain confidence as he adjusts to a new home. Therefore a quiet adult-only home would be best for him. He loves to play with toys! He seems to be okay around cats. If you are interested in meeting Valentino please first complete the adoption application on our website, www.greatpets.org.
