Meet Maisy 💛Maisy was found abandoned on the streets, where she had to learn to survive on her own. Because of that, she can be a little wary at first — she learned to protect herself before she learned to trust.With time, patience, and love in foster care, Maisy has discovered that kindness feels pretty wonderful. Once she feels safe, her gentle and affectionate side truly shines. She may take a little time to warm up, but the bond she forms is deep and meaningful.Maisy has an old leg injury that healed improperly before she was rescued. The good news is that it doesn’t cause her pain or limit her mobility — she runs, plays, and moves just like any other kitty. It’s simply a small reminder of how far she’s come.She absolutely loves other cats and gains confidence from her feline friends. Because of this, Maisy would do best in a home with another friendly, welcoming kitty to help her continue to thrive.Maisy is looking for a calm, patient home where she can feel safe, cherished, and understood.
