Meet Gelato! RUN - she is super athletic, she can jump high and run fast. Potty pad trained, has accidents inside Crate trained. Blend of both high and low energy. Afraid on leash, we are working on confidence. Skeptical of treats, loves dental bones. Dough my goodness, you don't want to miss out on this irresistible batch of puppies! Gelato is just the right amount of sugar and spice in one pint sized package. She is a pitbull mix who was born around Thanksgiving, and she is ready to whisk her way into your heart! Gelato is a super athletic, agile, and active dog who loves to zoom around the yard and around the house. She is loving the weather warming up as she is spending more time outside practicing her gazelle-like jumps and laps. She enjoys playing with her siblings, chewing on toys, and playing keep-away and chase. This girl isn't all zest - she enjoys down time to play by herself, napping with her siblings or humans, and cuddling. She is making progress with potty training, but knows how to use potty pads. Gelato is working on leash training and basic commands, but she is fully crate trained, even sleeping through the night in her kennel. With some patience and training, she will have it down to a science! She is both dog and kid friendly, and although she hasn't been around cats, she would likely do well with proper introduction. Gelato will fit well into an active, yet low key household with another dog who can match her energy level and guide her as she grows. She would love to have a family to call her own - kids would be an added bonus! IMPORTANT: Applicants must have an adult dog in the home! Your adult dog will accompany you during the meet and greet, and will help select the best match based on who gravitates toward you and your dog. When you apply, you’re applying to meet all the puppies in the litter! After all, it’s all about chemistry! Adoption fee is $325 and covers spay/neuter when age appropriate at our vet, vaccines to date of adoption, deworming, microchip, and a clean bill of health.
