Bodhi

My story

Bodhi is a 10 month old male. He is roughly 80 lbs. He is not the most socialized guy and tends to be reactive with other dogs. It will take the right fit for him to be comfortable to live with another dog. He can live with cats. If he meets a spicy cat he barks but backs away from it. He is very boisterous so he doesn`t hesitate to jump on people. Children will need to be used to such behavior. He also has a tendency to be destructive with foam dog beds. Bodhi will not be suitable for a family who has never owned a dog before. He needs structure and someone who can manage his behaviors. ** Bodhi is in our care in Altoona PA. He is available for adoption. Each animal gets microchipped, spayed/neutered and vaccinated. The adoption fee covers those costs. Adoption fees are listed on the application. In person applications take priority over ones mailed or emailed (especially on a popular animal). An application must be filled out in order to visit with any dog or cat. They can be found on our website www.centralpahumane.org under the Adopt A Pet tab or at the shelter. Our animals are posted on Facebook and Petfinder when time permits. A Petfinder inquiry is not an application, and they may not be responded to. We can only accept so many applications for each animal. We do adopt out of state, but we cannot hold the animal. **PA Kennel License #1333.
