My story

Meet Kimba! Kimba is a 2 ½-year-old sweetheart who has spent most of his life in a shelter or boarding facility, but now he’s finally getting a taste of home life in his foster home. He’s adjusting well, learning the comforts of a cozy space, and figuring out what it means to truly belong. Kimba isn’t the type of dog who wants to be left outside alone—he needs to know his people are nearby. He’s not clingy, just reassured by your presence. He’s a homebody at heart, happiest when he’s with his humans, soaking up love and affection. During the day, Kimba is a champion napper, but when the sun sets, his playful side shines. That’s his favorite time to walk, play, and enjoy life to the fullest. His joy is infectious and his silly antics are sure to bring a smile to your face. Kimba is a fun-loving, tolerant, and easygoing pup who is ready to share his heart with a family of his own.
