My story

Meet Momo! This cutie is a mix of approximately 50% sweetheart and 50% goofball. Momo has adjusted well to her new foster home. This smart girl has quickly picked up clicker training and is on her way to being fully housebroken. Her foster parents have observed that she loves “anything with a pulse” and loves meeting new people (adults and kids). Though she loves meeting other dogs, she gets very overexcited on leash, and her parents are working with her to have more measured interactions outside. Naturally, Momo has also fallen in love with the resident dog (a 25 lb cocker spaniel) at her foster home. She would love nothing more than to find a home with a dog sibling to teach her about her new home and play with her. A dog or human close in size to her (or bigger) who likes wrestling and playing as much as she does would be perfect. If you’re more of a snuggler, no worries here. Momo is happy to cuddle on the couch and entertain herself by throwing her toys in the air and catching them. Throughout her stay, Momo has also grown quite attached to her foster family, and her foster parents are working with her on crate training and her separation anxiety. With her intelligence and love of snacks, her foster family is certain she’ll be a quick study and adapt well to her new home. Get ready to have your heart stolen!
