My story

Meet Annie! This beautiful 1.5 year old girl came to our rescue a couple of months ago, weighing half her weight! She had been found on the streets and very obviously had a rough start in life :( But check her out now! Annie is a happy, playful and silly girl with lots of puppy energy, and she is super smart. She's a perfect size now - weighing only 34 pounds. She’s very food motivated and loves learning new tricks! She knows: focus, sit, down, stay, free, spin left, spin right, through legs (each side) and paw. Annie loves walks and is great on leash. She loves playing in the water with the hose, chasing lizards and finding the best sticks in the yard to chew on. Annie is still uncertain about other dogs, most likely because of her upbringing, but we are working on that with lots of walks and opportunities to see other pups.
