My story

Meet Chori! 8-year-old Chori is what we like to call ¾ Chihuahua—because he’s rocking life with just three legs and not missing a beat! This quirky little guy may only have three legs, but don’t tell him that—he’s too busy living his best life! At 18 lbs of cuddly greatness, Chori is a happy, chunky gentleman with a signature snaggle tooth that’ll steal your heart (and maybe a treat from your plate if you’re not looking!) This lovable tripod has more stamina than you’d expect and loves being part of the action—walks, car rides, restaurants, even stand-up paddleboarding! Just be prepared for a few well-earned rest breaks (he’ll let you know when it’s time by simply flopping down like the drama king he is.) Chori is down for whatever you’re doing. He’s a velcro pup who loves cuddling, playing, rolling onto his back in delight, and generally being your #1 fan. He’s a polite houseguest, completely house-trained, and will sit at the door when he needs to go out. Chori rides great in the car, is a perfect gentleman at restaurants (though he does hope for a fry or two), and already has rave reviews from his recent sleepover with a volunteer —five stars, would snuggle again. This sweet, funny, endlessly endearing guy is ready to find his forever person. His three legs don’t slow him down—in fact, they just make him more unique.
