My story

Draco is a thoughtful and determined pup enrolled in our Shelter Scholars program, where he's working on building impulse control and developing positive behaviors around resource guarding. Through structured enrichment, confidence-building activities, and positive reinforcement training, Draco is learning that he can feel safe and secure while sharing valued items like toys or food.He's also practicing skills that help him pause and make more mindful choices, reinforcing the idea that calm behavior leads to good things.
