Meet Bessie, a sweet and loving black and white female cat who is around 8 years old. Bessie may be a bit shy at first, but don’t let that fool you—once she warms up to you, her affectionate side shines through. With her gentle demeanor and soft purring, Bessie will quickly become a cherished companion. She's looking for a patient and loving home where she can feel safe and loved. To schedule an appointment, please fill out an application online on our website, and someone will contact you.****All cats and kittens adopted from the Boone Area Humane Society must be kept as indoor-only pets and cannot be declawed.****All cats are spayed or neutered, FeLV tested, and microchipped. They are also dewormed and receive age-appropriate vaccinations.**All animals have been spayed/neutered, have been tested for heartworm/feline leukemia, have had age appropriate vaccinations, been dewormed, is on flea and parasite prevention and has been microchipped.
