My story

Name: Tigg Breed: Cane Corso/Lab mix Weight: 67 pounds Gender: male Spayed/neutered: Will be neutered next week Age: approximately 8 months Obtained From: Friend's neighbour who obtained him when he was a puppy. Reason for Intake: He is too big and active for a senior lady Up to Date with Vetting: yes Good with dogs: He pulls to see other dogs on leash and seems friendly. Good with cats: Unknown. Good with kids: He has only seen children on walks.  He seems curious about them. Good with strangers: He is calm most of the time but was wary of a workman who came over Resource guarding issues: Not from people. Ever bitten a human: No Ever bitten a dog: No Fears: Housetrained: Yes.  He is used to toileting on leash walks and in the yard. Crate trained: Yes.  He is crated with the door closed when they go out and overnight.  He also goes in the crate when the door is left open. Good in the car: He has been fine in the car Bark when left alone: He cries for 2-3 minutes and then he is quiet.  When they return home he is often sleeping.  He is used to being left alone while they work part-time. Destructive: He is crated when they are not home.  He has not been destructive when they are home. Energy Level: Medium Leash skills: He pulls on walks and is strong.  He pulls to greet other dogs.  He has not shown concern with dogs/people/vehicles on walks. Okay with physical handling/manipulations: He enjoys being brushed.  They have not bathed him or trimmed his nails. Known commands: sit, stay, come, down, off, okay Food on now: Kirkland Signature Nature's Domain Puppy Chicken and Pea formula.  5 cups/day.  Fed 3 times. Behavioural issues: Typical large breed puppy stuff.  Doesn't recognize his size and gets the zoomies and runs into them. Medical issues: None known.           March 29, 2025, 7:54 am
