Meet Buster — Your Future Best Friend!Buster is a 72-pound bundle of love who thinks he’s a lap dog and wants nothing more than to be close to his people. He’s gone from a 48-pound hospice intake to a healthy, happy, and thriving pup — a true comeback story full of heart and resilience!This friendly, goofy, and affectionate boy is the full package. He’s housetrained, loves his crate, and walks beautifully on a leash. Buster is always ready to greet you (and everyone else!) with a wagging tail and a big smile. He’s incredibly intuitive and loyal, even showing a protective side when he senses his person may be in danger.Buster knows how to sit, stay, and even catch treats mid-air! He’s playful in the yard and loves to destuff plush toys like it’s his job. At feeding time and when taking treats, he’s excited but very polite.Buster does well with big dogs but may get a bit too enthusiastic with smaller ones, so a meet-and-greet would be ideal. He’s been around teenagers and loves them too!If you`re looking for a dog who is loving, joyful, and truly deserving of a forever home, Buster is your guy. He’s more than just a pet — he’s a loyal soul ready to be your closest companion for years to come.My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday are walk in from 10-5. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.
