My story

How this pet arrived: Regal was brought in by a community member. Why Regal might be the one for you: Regal is a gorgeous gal with a vibrant, friendly spirit that she's eager to share with everyone she meets. Regal is in a foster home where her foster mom says she is very smart and loves water. She understands instructions and boundaries very well. She is house trained. She found the dog door quickly and enjoys being in the backyard where she lays in the sun and keeps alert for intruders into her space. As for the water, she likes baths and willingly jumps into the tub where she bites at the water and splashes around. She has to be brought inside when it rains or she will stay out and play in it. She can be reactive to other dogs and pets so will need to be the only pet in the household. People are her thing, not other animals. . She does not like to be left alone because she wants to be with her people. She's also a bit of a fashionista-she looks absolutely fabulous in a bandana, and she knows it! She has a knack for learning new things. She quickly learned sit and stay commands and is on her way to learning many more commands and tricks. Regal's combination of positive energy, obedience, and charm makes her an exceptional companion.
