My story

Hi! I'm Midnight! I'm an approximately 1 year old, male, black and white, Pit/Lab mix. I was brought to the shelter on 03/29/2025 with hopes of finding my furr ever home. I was originally rescued from another shelter when I was only a few months old. I spent the past year in a home setting with kids and other animals. My foster family worked with me and helped me learn the basics of being a dog! I am very people oriented and love to spend time with my humans. I am house broken and crate trained and walk great on a leash! I enjoy treats and running and playing. My hobbies include playing fetch, long naps, and listening to Sabrina Carpenter. I am very dog selective and require a submissive friend. With this in mind, a meet and greet is required to make sure we get along! My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and I am heartworm negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
