My foster writes: Chloe: The Cat of the Hour - An Oscars-Worthy Performance 🌟And the award for Best Supporting Companion goes to... Chloe! At 14 years young, this elegant calico knows how to steal the scene with her charm, grace, and effortless ability to make any home feel cozier.A true leading lady, Chloe has a signature move-sipping water from her paw like the refined star she is. She knows how to make an entrance, greeting you with a sweet meow every time you come home, and she's always ready for an encore of snuggles in bed at night. Her performance as a housecat is nothing short of award-worthy. She's a master of relaxation, often found lounging in style, but don't let that fool you-she'll gladly play with any toy on a string when the moment calls for it. She also knows the power of a good supporting cast, welcoming guests with warmth. When it comes to affection, Chloe knows her angles. She asks for scratches and loves to be pet, offering purrs of approval to those who respect her boundaries. She may not always be in the spotlight, but when she is, she gives a performance filled with warmth and quiet devotion.Of course, no starlet can resist the finer things in life-Churu squeeze treats are her red-carpet indulgence. And with impeccable litter box habits, Chloe is the perfect co-star for any busy New Yorker looking for a calm, loving presence at home. Now casting for her forever role in NYC-will you be the one to give Chloe the lifetime achievement award she deserves?I am a sweet, social, older gal, looking for the perfect forever home!Chloe quickly, came out of the den when the assessor spoke to her. She enjoyed all petting, giving head bunts and arching her back. She was somewhat chatty and active and has nice energy. She was calm when picked up and held and remained so when set back down. Chloe interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for cat parents with either an average amount of cat experience and demonstrate a basic understanding of typical cat behavior.A volunteer writes:Chloe's name has to do with "Life" and it suits her so well. Chloe is a quiet lady but she also looks so vibrant in her calico dress, lively and welcoming when she sees a visitor. Curious and seeking attention and love, she leaves her resting spot, might sample a few treats and leans into pets, purring and exposing ecstatically her head and neck for in deep scratching. There is of course, a grand finale, as she drops all together on her kennel's floor for more and more petting(see video)...Chloe, a fourteen year old senior, is with us for no fault of her own. Her family was going through a rough patch and had to surrender her into our care. Chloe is a very pleasant and loving lady who did very well on her behavior evaluation, is already spayed and could go home today...with you! Come and meet her very soon at the Manhattan Care Center! Primary Color: Calico Weight: 8.5 Age: 14yrs 2mths 2wks
